Probably not fake, my grandma has the same body shape due to her diabetes and other medications. Somehow the combo makes her gain weight almost entirly in the belly. Usually people with that particular pear shape are battling serious illness.
Which then begs the question, if they are “battling serious illness”, why is he working the road as a police officer?
