They keep black CONSTRUCTION PAPER in line.
Have you ever tried writing on that stuff with anything other than white? Let me tell ya, it doesn’t work.
Thank you! Finally, someone with half a brain!! Kids especially aren’t going to just draw on white, unlined paper. There is construction paper out there and it comes in a vast assortment of colors…one of those colors is black and nothing shows up on black construction paper better than white crayon.
