Actually thats in Norway, its called Trolltunga(Trolltongue), and people sitting there is not that unusual.

I visited horse shoe canyon a lot by Drumheller as a kid, and I used to sit on the ledge. But that, I will never do, unless I have a parachute on my back.
Ever heard of base jumping? Because if you fall, that’s pretty much what you’ll be doing. As long as you do have said parachute.

I believe this is Trolltunga (the Troll’s Tongue) in Norway, near Odda. Long hike, or you can use the new via ferrata to get up there. And yes, there’s a crack.
