It looks like comedian Greg Morton. He is a stand-up comedian and very, very funny! I worked at a comedy club once and he always had funny faces like this. He is hilarious with his jokes as well!

Actually, you’re the first to mistake some other guy’s pair of hands for that one guy’s pair + extra hand. The angle looks pretty right, but the perspective’s out of whack.
